    Race 8
#2 GEE STREET has run midpack at this distance vs Maiden Special Weights and figures strongly when dropped into this $50K Maiden Claimer by Richard Baltas.  #4 TAMMY'S WINDOW, trained by Doug O'Neill, is another that will appreciate the easier competition as she drops out of the Maiden Special Weight level.  #10 QUEEN SCHEHERAZADE returns to the turf after unsuccessfully testing the main track.  She will also appreciate the easier competition and gets Rafael Bejarano in the saddle for Paddy Gallagher.

    Trifecta : 2-4 / 2-4-10-6 / 2-4-10-6-3-9

    Race 8 - Santa Anita
#3 DISSENSION figures at this level for Peter Miller.  He claimed her two races back out of a downhill sprint and stretches her out to a mile on the turf, where she ran well finishing with a couple of thirds.  #8 WELL CAUGHT exits a win at this distance when claimed by Bob Hess Jr last time out.  #6 WEALTHY SHIPMAN finished right with the top choice two races back in a downhill sprint and is also re-stretching out to a mile on the turf.

    Trifecta : 3-8-6 / 3-8-6 / 3-8-6-7-2-(1)

    Race 9 - Pimlico
#6 VERTICAL OAK exits an easy win for Steve Asmussen at Prairie Meadows preceded by a troubled effort behind #5 OUR MAJESTY, who was dq'd or otherwise would be unbeaten in three starts, at Oaklawn.  #8 NONNA BELLA is a Todd Pletcher trainee who started her career with two wins sprinting.

    Trifecta : 6-5-8 / 6-5-8 / 6-5-8-3-12

    Race 7 - Santa Anita

#9 KLONDIKE CREEK figures for a gate to wire strategy for the good combination of Richard Mandella and Flavien Prat.  #10 FRENCH GETAWAY finished right behind the top choice last time out and should be better suited going a quarter of a mile less today for Bob Hess Jr and Kent Desormeaux.  #5 IT'S THE ICE gets tested for distance as he has not gone anywhere close to ten furlongs before for trainer Phil D'Amato.

    Trifecta : 9-10 / 9-10-5 / 9-10-5-4-7

    Race 7 - Pimlico
#1 THREE RULES drops back into the sprinting ranks after stretching out testing the waters for a Triple Crown bid, exiting a midpack finish in the Florida Derby to eventual Kentucky Derby and Preakness favorite Always Dreaming.  #9 BOBBY ABU DHABI is a good west coast sprinter from the Peter Miller barn, which won with Richard's Boy here at Pimlico yesterday.  #7 RECRUITING READY exits an impressive win at Oaklawn and figures as the favorite in today's contest.  He goes for a third straight win and sports a couple of bullet works.

    Trifecta : 1-9-7 / 1-9-7 / 1-9-7-2-5

    Race 9

#1 PACIFIC HEAT just missed last time out coming off of a year layoff for Pete Eurton, who also trains #8 CHEEKABOO, who drops back in distance.  Eurton gets Flavien Prat to ride the top choice and Mike Smith the second choice.  #3 SHEHASTHERITESTUFF will appreciate a speed duel up front as she is a dedicated late closer for Paddy Gallagher.  Gary Stevens rides back.

    Trifecta : 1-8-3 / 1-8-3 / 1-8-3-7-4-(2)
